Austin
Austin Mudd is a Poway High School Alumni who attended the University of Southern California (USC) is Los Angeles, CA. Austin loved his time as a Trojan, and says "USC is a very proud university... At USC, students have access to a unique, powerful, and intelligent network of current students and alumni in addition to tons of social, on-campus, and off-campus activities. A lot of students have goals ... after school and it really fit well with my personality".
During his years at USC, Austin was involved in the Marshall Real Estate Finance Association (MREFA) where he had the opportunity to travel globally and learn more about the real estate industry through networking events. Austin was also a member of the Zeta Beta Theta fraternity (ZBT) and made many very good friends both in the fraternity and outside the fraternity.
Currently, Austin is working as a Real Estate Banking Analyst at PNC. Austin says "at PNC, I am on the lending side of the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Based in Pittsburgh for training, we take a look at loan and other credit-product opportunities for developers, real estate private equity firms, REITs, and other real estate investors".
